The Phone Bank Problem
Phone banking runs on spreadsheets, Google Sheets shared over email, and volunteers reading numbers off a printout while hand-writing tally marks. Results get texted back to a data person who types them in Sunday night — if they get them at all.

How It Works

Upload your call list. Same CSV or VAN export you'd use for door-knocking. Flip clusters contacts into manageable call lists and generates a shareable link for each volunteer.

Write your script once. Enter a call script when you create the canvass. It appears on every contact card — volunteers never have to remember what to say or flip between tabs.

Volunteers tap to call. Each contact card shows the voter's name, demographics, and a tap-to-call phone number. One tap dials. No copying numbers, no paper lists.

Record the outcome in one tap. Reached, left voicemail, no answer, wrong number, refused, disconnected — one button per call. The result saves instantly.

Call Outcomes
- Reached — spoke with a voter

Export sorts by outcome automatically — reached contacts first, then voicemails and no-answers for your follow-up list, then remove-from-list outcomes at the bottom.
What Volunteers See
Each contact card shows everything a caller needs:
- Voter name and household
- Age, sex, registered party, modeled party, voting frequency
- Phone number as a tap-to-call link — one tap dials
- Call script (collapsible, so experienced volunteers can hide it)
- Six outcome buttons
- Notes field for anything worth recording
No map. No walking order. Just the information that matters on a phone call.
Printed Call Sheet
For volunteers who prefer paper, Flip generates a printed call sheet — the phone bank equivalent of a walk sheet. Each contact gets a row with their name, phone number, voter detail, and outcome checkboxes. The script prints at the top.
A QR code on the sheet links directly to the digital route, so a volunteer can start on paper and switch to their phone mid-session without losing their place.
